The rough guide to portions: A 225g pack will serve 2 people as a main, or 4 as a starter. The same goes for the slow roasted chunks.

Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon

  • Whole sides of Smoked Salmon hand sliced and interleaved (900g – 1.3kg)
  • 225g packs hand sliced Smoked Salmon
  • 170g packs hand sliced Smoked Salmon

Unsliced sides of Smoked Salmon

  • Whole sides of Smoked Salmon (900g – 1.3kg)
  • Half sides of unsliced Smoked Salmon, 500g, top or tail

Slow Roasted Chunks of Smoked Salmon

Once our sides of salmon have been smoked, we cut them in to substantial size chunks and slow roast them.

This is delicious eaten cold, flaked onto a mixed leaf salad, makes a sumptious pate to wow any cocktail party or wrap in foil and gently warm in the oven for 6 minutes at 180 degrees.

Whole sides of Slow roasted Salmon are great for feeding more people, parties, picnics and barbeques.

Smoked Haddock

Our haddock is undyed and smoked in the same way as our salmon, hung from its tail and gently smoked. Our haddock is landed & smoked at the begining of the week, so is available for despatch form our kilns succulent and buttery yellow on Wednesdays.

For maximum enjoyment of your smoked salmon it is strongly advised that you open the packaging at room temp for a short time before eating and share it with someone special, accompanied with preferably some chilled Sauvignon Blanc, a cheeky rosè or even a cool calm Guinness.
